Bennington Booster Club Meeting Minutes – May 20, 2008
Treasurer’s Report - Approximate balance of $ 9,500
Concession Stand - Chairperson to open/close the concession stands
for each sport was requested. People that have volunteered:
Sheri Hansen – VB
Dean Collier – FB
Tracy O’Connell - BB
Membership/Clothing
- Clothing delivery will be in July, payment due in October.
- Penny Collier will help Denise with memberships.
- Each member to receive a calendar and pen.
Old Business
- Received a thank you card from Sherri Binkley for the BC scholarship
- The BC contributed $225 for the Drew Hansen fund. The Hansen’s will
investigate the feasibility and cost of a digital display for the trophy
case.
New Business
- The BC will host a tailgate party on 08/22 to kick-off the year’s
activities. Details to be worked out over the summer.
- A motion was made and passed to purchase a new SB banner for the SB
field, a VB setting target and a track/CC stopwatch that prints out
times. Cost of each item is not to exceed $500.
- A motion was made and passed to purchase a new cheese machine.
